RETHINK Retail today announced that Tony D’Onofrio, president of Sensormatic Solutions, will again be one of its Top Retail Experts (TREs) for 2025. D’Onofrio has served as a member of this elite community of global retail leaders for five years, contributing his deep expertise and passion for retailer-driven operational improvements to the conversations that guide the industry’s trajectory. As part of the TRE community, he champions the values central to Sensormatic Solutions business—resilience, innovation, and collaboration—on the global stage.

During his 30+ years in the industry (more than 20 of which have been at Sensormatic Solutions), D’Onofrio has seen retail’s digitalization firsthand and played a significant role in shaping the market we know today. He joined the industry-leading retail technology brand’s ranks in 1990, then transitioned into a General Manager role for Kyrus’ IT-focused security division for several years, before returning again to Sensormatic Solutions in 2001 and working his way up to the role of Chief Customer Officer in 2016. He stepped away from the brand in 2018 to serve as an advisor, mentor and board member to leading computer vision, Internet-of-Things, security and technology companies but returned as Sensormatic Solutions president in 2023.
