Sensormatic Solutions Computer Vision Analytics Recognized in Business Intelligence Group’s 2024 AI Excellence Awards

The Business Intelligence Group (BIG) has once again honored Sensormatic Solutions, awarding Computer Vision Analytics (CVA) one of its 2024 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards. The awards body recognized CVA, which utilizes machine learning and gathers insights to inform strategic decision-making, helps retailers strengthen loss prevention efforts, harnesses data to improve shopping experiences and delivers solutions to retailers’ most pressing problems.
The BIG Artificial Excellence Awards recognize the trailblazing organizations and solutions leading the way in AI innovation and generating positive change. BIG’s unique judging and scoring system selectively measures performance across multiple business domains and then rewards those companies whose achievements stand above those of their peers.
Since its launch in 2021, Sensormatic Solutions CVA has provided retailers with groundbreaking insight into their retail operations. CVA can be used to address a wide range of real-world challenges, including customer engagement, stocking, labor allocation, loss prevention, shopper satisfaction and more. Earlier this year, Sensormatic Solutions announced the launch of Store Guest Behaviors, the newest addition to the CVA suite. Store Guest Behaviors leverages a new adaptive learning model alongside CVA-powered monitoring to help retailers dive deeper into shopper journeys and deliver engaging, personalized and enjoyable shopping experiences.
