Sergio serves as the Commercial Leader and General Manager for the LATAM region of Sensormatic Solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience, specializing in loss prevention, electronic security, and solutions that optimize operational performance in retail. Sergio’s results-oriented approach has enabled him to implement business transformation strategies, enhance sales team performance, and optimize processes to increase productivity and recurring revenue.
Before joining Sensormatic Solutions, he held leadership positions at SHV Energy/Supergasbras and AGCO Corporation, where he excelled in driving market expansion and improving team performance.
Sergio holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from ESAN Escola Superior de Administração de Negócios. Additionally, he has completed specialized training at ISE Business School and Ibmec.
