Rachel Steele serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Sensormatic Solutions, responsible for ensuring the Sensormatic team is optimized to ensure customer satisfaction productivity that impacts the bottom line
Rachel joined Johnson Controls in 2021 to partner with and build out the Global Services organization. Prior to that she spent 18 years at GE Healthcare growing her career in Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations and HR Business Partner roles.
In addition to her HR work, Rachel is on the Board of Best Buddies of Wisconsin and provides volunteer HR support to Friendship Circle of Wisconsin. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
