Cathy Klein, Leader, Global Strategy and Transformation 

Cathy Klein leads Global Strategy and Transformation, responsible for executing the global strategy, and executing on the change needed to succeed. She joined the company in 1999 in the Y2K project and has held several key positions with all lines of business, most recently as the Global Leader for Customer Service and Delivery.

Cathy currently sits on the advisory board of Field Service Connect and actively volunteers within the community. Cathy holds degrees in Economics and International Business from the University of Wisconsin.
