Carrie Smith

Carrie Smith leads Human Resources, overseeing human resource planning and organizational development to align business and talent objectives for the senior leadership of the Global Retail organization. She joined the company in 2009 and has held various HR positions across all lines of business. Most recently, she served as HR Director/HR Business Partner, overseeing the HR team supporting Johnson Controls North America Manufacturing and L&D operations.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Assumption College.
